Binuo ang Tila because there are moments when emotions can be overwhelming, and it can feel very isolating.

In this space, we don’t rush the process.Hindi ito tungkol sa paghahanap ng ‘instant fix’ o pagpilit na maging okay agad.

At its core, Tila is about creating a corner of the internet where we can just sit with our thoughts using words and feelings that actually represent what we cannot express.

It is a mix of research, conversations with people who understand, and the simple truth na ang paghilom ay hindi kailangang maging mabilis para maging totoo.

Sana, mahanap mo dito ang ’tila’ na kailangan mo. Isang sandaling paghupa, paghinga, at pag-unawa.

Naomi Estrada

a multimedia arts student whose work explores storytelling, emotional experiences, and digital media. Her capstone project focuses on creating a multimedia tool that accompanies emerging adults as they navigate the emotional complexities of romantic breakups.

Through a combination of podcasts, reflective articles, and multimedia-based activities, the project aims to provide a space that encourages introspection and emotional expression without prescribing fixed stages of healing.

Naomi’s interest in this topic stems from a desire to create media that feels human, reflective, and supportive offering people a sense that they are not alone in their experiences.
